Most folks today don't even understand the significance of chastity vis a vis kundalini, and spirituality.
Like I have said, TM is Yoga-lite for modernity, kundalini and chakras? that's for advanced disciples who are very few. MMY was right to bring out something simple, it ensured progress; advanced techniques like Kriya are too advanced and difficult for most people, especially modern day material man, IMHO. But many TM practitioners have had and continue to have Kundalini rising experiences. It just wasn't part of the exoteric teaching.
