---Eckhart Tolle in all of his writings and experiences attempts to describe the enlightened state to the rest of us; he gives many examples of: how to become aware of what he calls "Presence". Become aware of the witness, he tries to give immediate awareness of the "Now Moment". I have found his teachings to be helpful.
