Just to clear this thrice posting matter up. When I read my post the first 
time, I noticed several errors. I asked Rick if I could post an edited version 
(which I enclosed). He told me, he would delete the one I posted and I could 
post the new version on my own. I immediately posted a second version. But then 
I discovered that Rick had deleted both posts, the old one and the new one. And 
he e-mailed me to say: *now* I could post the edited one. This indeed makes 
three.
