I'm rolling a Cuisinart burr grinder from Bed Bath and Behind that makes it all very easy. But I am no stranger to the charms of the higher end pro ground bag. If you just keep it sealed up tight you can keep the God in. I try to balance food snobbery with the pain in the ass factor too.
