According to most scientists, "brain washing" has been largely 
discredited as a technique for enforcing conformity. If brainwashing 
worked we could use it on criminals as a reform method. The "myth" is 
the one some of you people made up about brainwashing in the TMO - from 
a movie "The Manchurian Candidate". Go figure.
