Nicolas Maduro is a Satya Sai Baba devotee, he has allowed some institution of 
the TM-Sidhis but if you want to blame anyone it is him for not going farther, 
faster with it.
 But on the whole things going fantastically well in Central and South America 
with TM meditating heads of government or state headed for re-election in 
Brazil and Colombia and the numbers increasing quickly in Mexico and 
Maharishi's programmes fast making in-roads everywhere. Standards of living are 
rising where there are large groups, crime is falling and some larger or 
smaller groups of TM-Sidhas are being established in every country now.
