Bhairitu,

I suppose painting is similar to music, as in George Shearing using block
chords in his repertoire, and Miles Davis using quartal chords in his
composition, "So What?"

So what about the other Cancer ascendants that have that configuration who
didn't rise to power?

One thing about the painters is that if their technique is consistent then it
becomes a "style" and attracts followers that way.

   Bhairitu,

I'd to recheck Dubya's jyotish chart to find out where he got this talent for
art. But I do remember he has Saturn and Mercury in the first house, just like
Bill Clinton. And both of them were born under the sign of Cancer.

Because of this, Sanjay Rath, the jyotishi, was speculating that Saturn and
Mercury must be a special yoga for Cancer ascendants since these two people
have been able to rise to the most powerful position in the world as president
of the US.

However, it's interesting to consider what the vedic shastras say about this
yoga. It's basically saying that the conjunction of Saturn and Mercury means
that the person involved hides the truth. IMO, this statement has a ring to it
since all politicians never tell the truth anyway.

He probably should have been an artist and stayed out of the family business.
He always seemed uncomfortable trying to play President.

George W. Bush has recently displayed his works of art, as shown in the link
below. What do you think?

He's a better artist than he was a president.
