Bhairitu, Ocean Beach caters the family and tourist crowd. The most risque outfit I saw was the blue-haired girl's bikini. The party was put on by a company called Silent Frisco which rents out the headphones for $25 each. And there were DJs on a high stand who broadcasted their music to the crowd below.

As the gentle wind blew, the bubbles with irridescent outlines would form and fly off onto the wind. The kids would run and try to catch the bubbles as they flew off. Even a black dog got caught in the moment and started chasing the bubbles as they sped off to a nearby hill. As this scene continued, a fog horn from a ship near the shore would sound off as it approached the Golden Gate Bridge. Reminiscent of a movie scene, a flock of seagulls appeared from the mist and flew above the beach. And, the party goers danced off in silence...
