Mike, They wore no tags. But the headphones had the logo, "Silent Frisco". The people can talk and laugh. But they dance to a silent music. According to a worker of the company who sponsored the event, it is illegal to have a party at Ocean Beach. But since the party was silent, the company got a permission from the City to hold the event.

As this scene continued, a fog horn from a ship near the shore would sound off as it approached the Golden Gate Bridge. Reminiscent of a movie scene, a flock of seagulls appeared from the mist and flew above the beach. And, the party goers danced off in silence...
