I believe it is better in the big picture to choose trust rather than fear as a
principle to live by. Both "feelings" inform our decision-making process.
But, perhaps, in order for "trust" not to be equated to "being naive," one must
explore the roots of one's fear. Most must choose and practice trust; fear is
automatic and reactive and easy.

Fear can be irrational. Trust can be out of wisdom, experience or being naive.

Do you mean *between* "fear" and "trust"? You see, we seem to agree on this
as well. I would consider these two words virtual opposites.

My point exactly. We agree on that point.

Are you afraid of guns? What's this fear thing that you have? Fear leads to

O.K. I can only laugh...I've been to Australia....perhaps we could learn
from the legacy of convict settlers....:)

Gun Deaths The rate of gun-related suicides and homicides per 100,000
residents in Australia has fallen sharply since gun ownership restrictions were
tightened in 1996.

Exactly true. People like you make me fearful.

You are a somnambulist that would willfully strip us of all guns – just like
Australia. This is the real road to a 1933 style Ermächtigungsgesetz (Enabling
Act). You are a pantomiming ideologue destined to be shocked by reality.

Better submit to Allah and be a slave.
Yer too old to be a jihadi wife anyway.
