You're right, Sparaig, I don't know you or your problems. I am,
however, among other things, an initiator and teacher of Maharishi's
Transcendental Meditation to which you profess allegiance. Maharishi
told us that when a person comes with all their problems, we don't
spend time on the problems but instruct them in correct meditation.

So it doesn't matter what your problems are; if meditation is helpful
to those problems then it will be helpful. If not, then not. Either
way you'll find out more about TM than you know now. But it's near
certain that posting all the time on this or other forums won't solve
your problems.
