The "Magic Fern", a Seattle group. We did some recordings and there was
an album released some years after the band broke up (which took place
in 1968). However these were rushed studio recordings which were demos
to sell the group to other record companies. Some of our more
innovative work was not on that album. Our signature piece was a long
almost 8 to 10 minute modal blues which when the Springfield heard it
decided to try the same thing in their next set. :)
