Hi i am using the services of hostmysite also and also encountered the
permission issue on the shared hosting package, it's due to the
sandbox security and they can fix that as you already found out.

You don't have and will get permission for the c:\websites path as it
is indeed the root of their server, you will have to check your own
site path and use that where it's needed.

For instance your website path should be: C:\Websites\154996aq8 (where
the numbers are of course your specific numbers)
