I have no idea. Specialty stuff like this uses a completely different profit model, because so much of costs is already covered in terms of pre-publication production. On the other hand, small print runs with fine paper and special binding take plant costs up. I'm thinking minimum 500, probably 1k or 1.5k would work better. However, given the economic realities in Europe at this point as well as the slow recovering in the US, it's doubtful we'll see that bad boy any time soon.
