Well I haven't read it yet so I cant comment on that book Im pretty far behind as it is.
I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure it just comes down to money by HC, I'm also not to sure of the process from Author to in your hands. I'm sure Ray would try and get it sorted but if the publisher see's no financial benefit of Re-Editing & Re-printing it tough cookies till they have sold a certain number and go to another print or possibly fixing a paperback. As a fan and as long as you pay for the book I think you have a right to criticize, But I think you telling the wrong people if you want it fixed contact HC or If I rem there's an email on Crydee who you can contact. Once they receive 10000000 emails then Im sure they will change it cause it means more sales. I loved Kings Buccaneer .I did see a mistake in there though not to sure if that was fixed actually cause i have an old one I loved it .
