Note there is already a Wiki on Cybercloud. I don't think Warren is going to maintain that too much longer for personal reasons. > So, where should we have the repository? > Just keep it on sourceforge? Or host it ourselves? For the moment the SVN repository needs to stay on Sourceforge where it is reliably backed up etc etc. > And do we do something crazy like switch over to git? :) WTF is git? > Also, is everyone okay if I migrate the lists over to using google > groups so that we can link blog posts so emails? At the moment, the fact SF doesn't link the mail archives to Google is a pain, but probably can be addressed by hassling Sourceforge. The main lists probably have to stay on SF. For a start the commit reflection to felix-impl may not work if it is sent elsewhere. I see no reason why Google would keep archives for a long period either, whereas SF is doing so. I'm reluctant to move from a system specifically designed to support collaborative open source development, to one designed mainly for kids, dreebs, old ladies, and elephants .. :) Mailman based systems are well proven and used by a very large number of serious mailing lists. Anyhow, I set up a silly group and invited you and me to join. -- John Skaller <skaller at users dot sf dot net> Felix, successor to C++: http://felix.sf.net ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys.
