yeah, that's me--keen powers of the obvious.... seriously tho, i've always suspected that crying behavior in a new environment is sort of like a sonar-thing, too.... the cat is trying to locate themselves in time and space, and listening to hear where he is by how his own voice bounces back.... defining their new boundaries, maybe?
