Cassandra,

You may want to approach your vet if you can use 
injectable famotodine for the vomiting.  Also, the
Baytril comes in injectable form as well.  If she is
not keeping food down, she is not going to keep the
medication down either.

I am so sorry that you and your cats are having such a
rough patch!  I hope everything works out!
