Hi Sharon, I give my positives Hi-Vite, which is almost exactly like Pet Tinnic, but slightly stronger. My vet said don't give it to a healthy cat for longer than a month, so I'd definitely ask your vet about the Pet Tinnic for your negatives before making any decisions. I do give my negatives daily cat vitamins. I mix my positives and negatives and read that if you do it's a good idea to give vitamins or supplements for an extra boost to the neg's immune system.
