Hey just got my catalog from Dr Foster and Smith and they have a 
page about all the vitamins and what each one does.

They have a webpage too for questions and answers.

I give them 21st Century Pet Nutrition Antioxidant Support for cats. 
I get it at Pet Smart. It's got COQ10 in it, Ester C, Iron, and
Vitamins A, E, and B12.  There are other supplements in it also, but
the ones mentioned above are what I've heard are good for 
immune
system building in Felv+ cats, so I figure these vitamins will work
for my healthy negatives too.
