Completely agree. Without sanctions, I fear it won't help mitigate problems. Also I'd like this to extend to any medium: mailing list, irc, private communication between an offender and an "offended"... Secondly, I'd like this to apply to any comment, whether on a person or his work. Being frustrated is no reason for foul language, even if that's not the most hindering stuff that can happen. Also, because a text is subject to interpretation, the CoC could maybe state how this is arbitrated.
