No, I did not, YOUR H265 -crf 20 is lossy. And there is absolutely no professional who would ever use H 265 in lossless mode. I’m not going to give you any command lines cause I don’t want to get flamed about things changing when adding parameters, so some software kicks in and tells you that ‘it isn’t the original anymore thus very, very bad FFMpeg!’ But imho, you’ve got bigger fish to fry, starting with getting some logic about ‘divide and conquer’.
