I just purchased this book (from Amazon) and it is BEAUTIFUL!!!! It's large format, 10"x11.5"x2.5" and weighs a ton. The photographs are full color, large enough and close enough to aid in identification. There are little maps showing the range of the lichen. Information on habitat, chemistry, and a detailed description. Definitely a "mush have" for anyone serious about lichen dyeing or lichen identification.
