Huh??? I spin and weave to make things - also belong to a group or two, but the whole business structure/management/training thing is the farthest from my mind. The most annoying thing about the groups I do belong to is that constant "drive" to join some activity or other that has been made up to drive away somebody's boredom "and you've simply GOT to do this >>>>>". And of course, every activity like this needs "volunteers" - and quite frankly, I've just turned away from everything but bringing refreshments because participating in these made-up things was sapping too much energy from more important things in my life.
