I must Say /write that i sahre your perplexion.Here as well as on another Ng where somebody took care to write a bundle of facts [part ok part dubious] about Fisherman`d sweaters,,,, i have been knitting foe more than 50 years, and have worn wool under rains and while working ,,, wet wool smells, or itches , but it DOESN~T RADIATE Any Heat ,,,it doesn`t feel as cold as wet cotton sticking to your body , as it doesn`t stick as cotton ,, that is all ,,, mirjam
