While some local affiliates strongly resist the trend towards joining the factionalist fray (thankfully Wisconsin Public Radio is one displaying such resistance, and Amy Goodman has survived a horrendous assault on the independence of her own program's policies), both NPR and Pacifica have allowed themselves to become co-opted by purely political interests infiltrating their respective managements...
