Agree.

But I still think the "I need CPE points kasi, e." mentality is wrong.
People should update themselves if they feel they need to, not because
there's a regulation that says they have to. I remember being in a
seminar where a tenth of the participants were actually qualified to
lecture on the topics being discussed. Yet they had to be there
because of the points scramble. Sayang yung slots, could've gone to
those who actually needed it. In short, nobody won. Sayang time nung
di naman kailangan nung content. Kawawa din yung di nakakuha ng slots
na kailangan nung content. Kawawa din yung di nakakuha ng slots at
nag-kulang sa points. :(

During those times I actually felt that life was unfair.

Which I think added to the reasons why I left (then). :(

I still believe people should update when they feel they need to. But
then again, it's a double-edged sword, may di mag-uupdate dahil sa
stubbornness o over-feeling. Basta... There must be a better way...

^_^
igor... and beyond...
