The articles were on the "usenet" alt.comp.periphs.scanner
You can access the Usenet through your browser news function. I you have not
done so already you will need to get the name of your ISP's news server. It
is usually news.ispname.com but sometimes can be different. Your ISP should
have a FAQ for accessing Usenet news groups. There are literally thousands
of news groups

There are a few articles about this scanner in scanner
news group.  Most people tried it were dissapointed
because of its scanning speed (almost 4 mins/slide
???).  One person even said it pull out less shadow
detail than his old polaroid 35+.

Check that group out.
