Do you know if it is possible to get hold of (and install) firmware upgrade to ArtixScan 4000tf? I have mailed [EMAIL PROTECTED], but they don't answer at all!
I heard that the current firmware version is 1.70, but I have only 1.51. I have Mac OS X version 10.3.9.
