Is this a relatively new program? I ask because I used to use a 
program in the late 1980's called Music Publisher. It was published 
by Repertoire in South Australia and used a custom extra keyboard for 
music entry.

It could do a couple of things that Finale still can't do (like 
dynamically adjusting word extensions)
