I just received an email about multiple printing from MacSupport:

"This is a known issue and we hope to resolve it in a future upcoming
maintenance release. Please stay tuned to our website at
http://www.codamusic.com for updates to Finale 2003."

Its not a fix, but it sure beats "Have you tried reformatting your hard drive?"
