For whatever reason, I just suddenly started having problems with
articulations.

The behavior is that when I click on a note when the Articulation
tool is selected, it applies an articulation, as though I had the
appropriate key for a metatool depressed. This means I can't click to
get the articulation dialog. Is there a key that does this by design,
like with caps lock in Speedy entry?

Or do I just have a keyboard problem?

It's not a stuck key, as there is nothing wrong in other
applications.

I'm gettings sick and tired of all the keyboards that you can buy,
which have umpty-eleven useless keys on them that I don't want. I
bought the keyboard with the least of them, a Memorex, but it has
problems with my KVM switch, so I've got to get a replacement for it.
Are there any just plain old keyboards without extra keys for
Internet, Power, Sleep, Program, Walk the Dog, and so forth? I can't
seem to find them when I look in computer shops (I want to know what
I'm getting).

Any recommendations for plain-jane keyboards that don't mess with the
basic 102-key layout and work without problems with Belkin KVM
switches?
