Depending how it's written down, "Here We Come A-Wassailing" might fill the bill. 6/8 changes to 2/4 (or 4/4), the beat remains constant and the note values slow down. Nice and seasonal, too.<<

Another good suggestion. I wasn't looking at stuff associated with Christmas in order to keep it somewhat generic in terms of religious references, but this can be just wintery.
