I was hoping that when I looked the playback options there would be something like "save as WAV file", but I see no such thing -- only Coda's format or MIDI. Is there some simple utility that I can use to convert one of these?
Hello Mark,

You should see if you can run iTunes on your system. A free download from Apple but I don't know which OS it has for a minimum. It has a convertor. You set the output file type in its preferences (AIFF/MP3). Then from the Advanced menu choose "Convert To MP3" or "Convert To AIFF". You will have to have the QuickTime Musical Instruments installed to get this to work.

Failing that, I believe that QuickTime Pro offers some conversion facilities. Something like $US30.00. Should be available through one of the QT dialogs.
