what i find a pain is that when you select, with the time sig tool, all instruments for a given measure, and apply a metatool, only the staves _not_ defined to have independent time sigs are changed to the new time sig. all the staves defined to have independent time sigs have to be clicked on one at a time to change them. does 2003 still function this way [i'm on 2001]?
