Although my own personal preference is to have each movement in a separate file,
it is to have text blocks on different pages in the score, but you want the
"Text tool" ("A" tool) rather than the "Expression tool" ("mf" tool). Because
of my preference for using individual files for separate movements, I have
limited experience with part extraction concerns you are asking about. I do
remember, though, seeing these topics addressed in the user manual, either under
the discussion of part extraction, or special part extraction.
