I just started using Acrobat 5.0 and my initial attempts at "printing" .pdf files using the Distiller application are plagued by disappointing screen output. That is to say, printouts of the .pdfs seem to look fine but on screen the document has saw-toothed beams and irregular dark and light staff lines. Is there a way to optimize the settings in either or both programs so I can have better looking documents on screen?
