I assumed that's what we were talking about all along. The original poster asked about the decision of whether to include naturals canceling the outgoing key signature when making a key change. Surely that falls under the category of copy editing. Composers expect their publishers and editors to address this sort of thing, and on the rare occasions that they express a preference, the publisher will honor it. It was only with your post that this turned into a debate about publishers trying to suppress non-standard notation, which as far as I can tell nobody is defending. I wonder if this whole discussion is a non-debate based on a semantic misunderstanding. mdl _______________________________________________ Finale mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.shsu.edu/mailman/listinfo/finale
