[Finale] Image retention of deleted objects

An annoying result of deleting and re-positioning various objects such 
as expressions and hairpins, is that a "ghost" of the deleted and/or 
moved object remains on the screen until a redraw.

Is this par for the course? If not, how can it be eliminated?
