Well, I *was* talking just about the differences between simple and Sibelius

You left off the biggest difference:  Finale is by far, hands-down, the 
better of the two programs, from a music engraving point of view!  And I 
own and work with both programs (Finale far more than Sibelius, when I 
have a choice, you can be sure!)
