I haven't spent any time on it, but I did spend my lunch hour studying Chapter 15 of the documentation. I suggest you print off that chapter and study it in detail. There is going to be a learning curve with this tool. I think I am going to find it awkward being forced to use the numeric keypad, as there are some sequences where you hit a numpad key, then do something with the mouse -- both right hand operations for me.
It does seem to incorporate just about everything that "Speedy" does, and should be no more keystrokes, once I get the hang of it. But it is not the same as "speedy" so be prepared for a learning curve.
