[Finale] Scroll View Guides?

I was recently made aware of the Guides function. Even though it has 
been around for a long time I had never examined it before.

What is mysterious is the apparent absence of guides in scroll view. In 
scroll view is where I see them as particularly useful. Have I missed 
something?
