I've seen it both ways, but repeating accidentals seems to be commoner than not when an 8va sign either begins or ends. I would myself always, absolutely always, repeat the accidentals. That may not mean much, though - another thing I always do, but many don't like doing now, is that, when I change from a flat key signature to a sharp one or vice-versa, I always include cancelling naturals for the old signature.
