I'm putting bowings in a composition with lots of articulations already applied to the notes, and there are literally hundreds of cases where the articulation and the up- or down-bow articulation end up on top of each other.
Aside from manually adjusting every single one, is there any way to have these automatically *not* collide, or a way to fix the collisions after entry? I see that in MUSIC SPACING in DOCUMENT OPTIONS, there's a checkbox to include articulations in spacing calculations, but that seems to apply only to horizontal spacing of the notes, not between articulations. Am I stuck with manual editing for this? -- David W.
