It looks like many other free pdf printers.  The thing that you would want
however would be to be able to embed the maestro font (or whatever music
font you used), otherwise the person you send it to would have to have that
font installed on their system in order to view it.  There is an upgrade you
can pay for to get that (activePDF composer I think). Other than that, it
would work fine for personal use.
