I'm guessing you don't have any way to connect to the Internet from this machine? Email or FTP would be the easiest way. (But if you have no apps besides Word...)
Other than that, there are PC programs which let us read Mac disks. Take a look at TransMac (www.asy.com) or MacDrive (www.mediafour.com)
