[Finale] Lost Prefs File w/FinMac2004b

Has Anybody else had problems with the preferences file just disappearing since updating to 2004b? It has happened to me several times, now. I launch the application. and my settings are gone. I have a backup on another drive, but it is a bother. I'm still chasing after anything that I might be doing, but I will file a bug report.
