Now you're being as bad as Phil. My dictionary (The American Heritage College Dictionary, third edition) defines it as "A form of art in which thematically related works in a variety of media are presented simultaneously or successively to an audience." That is semantic content. You may not like the meaning, you may not like the term, you may not like the thing itself--but you don't get to arbitrarily alter the English language.
