[Finale] Major Patterson Plug-Ins upgrade

Hello. This is to let everyone know there is a major upgrade of 
Patterson Plug-Ins available.

So far the big new things are:
1) Mac Universal binaries.
2) A "Force Full Names" plugin that automates making full names appear 
at the start of movements in a multimovement file.
