At least it would help you locate the problem. What's wrong with an ordinary
dial-up connection for midi files (isn't that what you're looking for)? Why
would you need your high speed?
1) It costs money
2) it's a hassle to install, especially as I haven't even got a phone
socket anywhere near the computer.
